Had a wonderful experience, food was great. Lewis, Karol and Gary kindness and jokes made the atmosphere friendly and relaxed. The starter (beetroot carpaccio) was very well presented and extremely tasty. The trout was perfectly cooked. Finished the meal with some Frangelico. Thank you all!

Erta is a gem 🌺 I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was passing by and I went in to H.Nicholas just to compliment her jacket, but her warm smile and kindness made me feel so welcome that I treated myself with a fragrance from Brunello Cucineli . I lost my parents a few years ago, and it had been a long time since I felt so heard, cared for, and looked after. She is a truly remarkable lady. Erta, you are in my prayers 🌷

I visited Harvey nics as I was in need of a last minute birthday gift for my MIL. I was helped by the most wonderful and knowledgable lady working in the perfume dept called Irta/Erta who spent 30 minutes carefully curating a collection of perfumes for me to try. I ended up buying a Versace fragrance and will also be buying one for myself. She was extremely patient and offered incredible customer service. I will definitely be going back to visit her instore soon. Thank you so much!!!

We’ve travelled from Taunton to Bristol several times, but our most recent visit to Harvey Nichols Bristol completely changed our impression of the city. We weren’t actually looking for a fragrance, but when Erta approached us with such warmth and everything shifted. She took the time to guide us through a wonderful selection of fragrances we had never come across before. It felt like a truly personalised and memorable experience. We really hope this review reaches others, especially those coming from places where this level of service isn’t always available. It made a genuine difference to us. Our son was absolutely happy he was especially pleased to receive a few samples. I also found something lovely for myself and picked up a small refill as a gift for my husband, which is a brilliant option for a second fragrance. Thank you very much for such a special experience. We will certainly be returning.

Thanks to Erta, my first experience was absolutely great. I feel welcomed, heard, she was able to understand what I like and what suits me even more than I did! She loves her job and extremely good at it. My boyfriend and I were encourage to try the perfumes, speak honestly what we like and don't like. I've got absolutely gorgeous Gritti perfume. When I put it on in the mornings it makes my day a bit better. And then we came back again, and again and I bet we will be coming back for new perfumes or for a great chat

First of all, I would like to thank Erta, a true professional. Erta showed me many excellent options, but in the end, my choice was Gozo by Jeroboam. From the very first spray, the fragrance gives a feeling of lightness, airiness, confidence, and a sense of its unique character. The spicy notes blend perfectly with the bergamot, creating a truly distinctive composition. The fragrance is long-lasting and stays on the skin for many hours. I wear it quite often, and it has become my favorite perfume in my collection.
